Our small group personal training allows you to train alongside up to 2 friends (for a total group of 3), making your sessions not only effective but also more enjoyable.

Led by a certified personal trainer and designed from an individualized evaluation by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, each session is tailored to your group’s goals while still honoring each person’s unique needs.

Personalized Evaluations by Doctors of Physical Therapy
Our thorough evaluations identify movement inefficiencies, muscle imbalances, and injury risks that may be affecting your health and progress. With clinical expertise, our team assesses joint health, movement patterns, and muscle activation to create fully customized plans that support long-term strength, mobility, and injury prevention.

Group Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Each session is designed exclusively for you, focusing on building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing overall health. Our programs are progressive, ensuring controlled force output, proper load management, and development of resilient muscle groups that support everyday activities and long-term fitness goals. With the added twist, of working out together. Sessions are still tailored to you, you just get to do them together!

Functional Movement Training
We address imbalances, postural issues, and movement limitations that may be holding you back. Through targeted training, we help you improve coordination, mobility, and flexibility, allowing you to move more efficiently and safely.

Mind-Body Integration

$150 per session (Split between 2 or 3 people)

Usage
1 training session

Details

60-minute personalized training sessions monthly. Achieve peak performance with priority scheduling and continuous progress tracking.

Our current scheduling system doesn’t support split payments, so we ask that one person books the session and then handles cost-sharing privately with their friends.

​

A personalized evaluation is required for each participant before joining a group personal training session. Click “Book Now” to get everyone scheduled in advance. Once each evaluation is complete, you’ll be able to book your group sessions with confidence.
