Each athlete begins with a personalized evaluation performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to identify individual movement patterns, deficits, and injury risks. From there, they’ll train in a supportive group setting—either with friends or matched with others of similar level—focusing on strength, speed, agility, stability, and overall athletic health.

A one-time $70 evaluation fee is required at sign-up for all athletes participating in personal training, which includes a performance assessment by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Athletes enrolling in recovery-only services do not require this fee.
Tailored Evaluations Performed by Doctors of Physical Therapy
Our evaluations identify biomechanical inefficiencies, muscular imbalances, and injury risks specific to the athlete’s sport and body. With clinical expertise, we assess joint integrity, movement patterns, and muscle recruitment to create individualized plans that support long-term performance and recovery.
Athletic Personal Strength Training Sessions
These sessions are designed to build foundational strength and power in alignment with the athlete’s positional and sport-specific demands. Programs are intentionally progressive, focusing on controlled force output, load management, and developing durable muscle groups that withstand the stress of high-level competition.
Sport-Specific Neuromuscular Re-education
We target dysfunctional movement patterns that may predispose athletes to injury or reduce overall performance. This includes retraining motor control, balance, and timing to ensure muscle groups are activated in the correct sequence and intensity for their sport. By correcting imbalances, we help athletes maximize power generation and movement efficiency.
Virtual Reality Agility and Mindfulness Training
Using immersive technology, we train visual processing speed, reaction time, and spatial awareness—key components of sport agility. Paired with mindfulness exercises, athletes learn to regulate stress, maintain focus, and improve performance consistency under pressure.
Mental Performance Coaching
This component enhances competitive mindset through confidence building, focus control, and emotional regulation. Athletes develop strategies to boost performance output—specifically power, explosiveness, and assertive drive—while improving clarity and composure in high-stakes situations.
