Adult Group Personal Training
Train and recover with up to 2 additional friends in a private small-group setting. This fun, focused format brings accountability and shared motivation while still delivering individualized attention and results.

Recovery Boots
During any of the above sessions, use our compression recovery boots. They use dynamic air pressure to massage your legs, reduce soreness, and flush out fatigue—so you can bounce back faster. OL/DL Football Training
Our trainer and co-owner, Dontae Angus—a former Division I football player at West Virginia University and former Arena League athlete with the San Antonio Gunslingers—knows exactly what it takes to dominate the line. Whether you're an offensive or defensive lineman, join his strength, conditioning, and agility classes to build the power, speed, and skill needed to perform at an elite level. At our wellness club, personal training starts with a required evaluation—but not just any evaluation. Unlike other gyms or studios, your assessment is performed by a licensed physical therapist. While our certified personal trainers are highly skilled and will guide you through your customized program, physical therapists bring a deeper level of expertise in movement science, injury prevention, and corrective exercise.
This ensures your plan is tailored not only to your goals, but also to your body’s unique biomechanics, limitations, and strengths—something a general fitness screen simply can’t provide. It’s this level of care and precision that gives our wellness club an edge.
