Madison Angus, Physical Therapist Assistant

Madison holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University and is a Performance Enhancement Specialist. She continued her education at Montgomery College, earning her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. With over 8 years of experience in the field, Madison combines clinical skill with a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of pain and performance.

Her passion for physical therapy was inspired by her grandmother, Gail Rolls, a trailblazer in the field and the first athletic trainer in Frederick County. Gail’s dedication to community care and her induction into the Frederick County Hall of Fame left a lasting impact on Madison, fueling her mission to deliver compassionate, skilled therapy and training to others.
Madison is especially passionate about the role mindset plays in physical recovery and athletic performance. Her approach emphasizes not only physical treatment but also helping patients mentally navigate their healing journey. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, and coaching cheerleading.
